Struttura curata nei minimi dettagli arredata con grande gusto. Tanto colore e camere “buffe” molto accoglienti. Una colazione eccellente l’ho fatta con prodotti di altissima qualità. Non posso che consigliarlo anche per una vacanza. Comodissimo il parcheggio sotto la struttura

Checkin was decent. The guy at reception was very friendly and nice. I was given a room which was like a small apartment and was exactly what I saw and booked however there were a few flaws. The apartment was across the garden and not in the main hotel. While I booked four days I was not told my room will not be cleaned for the entire duration. The toilet was freezing and no change of towels or floor mat was not really what I expected. Sleep was excellent. HOWEVER on day three at 7 am construction guys came and started working exactly below us and it was a nightmare the entire day. Very very unacceptable. Should always tell us. I am giving three stars only because the first two nights were comfortable. I checked out a day earlier as had an alternative and threw my fourth night away as could not bother bearing the construction. As I had an alternative I chose it. I told the guy at reception about this but he was unbothered about this and made no effort to explain or say anything. I understand it is low season and the hotel was only open to the fair customers but I paid an amount of 700 Euros or something like that for the four nights and expected a quite stay and not an earthquake construction with drills and cement mixers at seven in the morning.

è sempre il nostro punto di riferimento, ogni volta che siamo a Riva qualche giorno soggiorniamo lì. Gentilezza e disponibilità, sia le camere che l'appartamento sono ben arredate e presentano ogni confort. Consigliato!

Abbiamo soggiornato qui durante un bellissimo viaggio nell’elegante e incantevole Riva del Garda. L’hotel è adiacente al centro e dispone sia di parcheggio interno che esterno. Le camere sono accoglienti, molto confortevoli, sorprendenti e impeccabilmente pulite. La colazione è molto buona e varia. Il personale è stato ospitale e gentile: un servizio davvero con i fiocchi. è stata un’esperienza piacevolissima che farà parte dei nostri ricordi. Grazie mille per l’ospitalità.

El hotel es muy moderno , muy bonito, super confortable, limpísimo ?? pero lo que mas destaco es la gran amabilidad de todos sus empleados ,simpáticos ,muy atento a cualquier pregunta o duda , te hacen sentir estar entre amigos. La ubicación es perfecta en todo el centro de restaurantes, tiendas, etcccc...puedes ir a pie a todas partes

Great stay. This hotel was a great location as part of our wider Lake Garda trip.. Parking on site, close walk into town, bike rentals very close and beautiful routes to run and cycle. Breakfast was also brilliant each morning, small selection but was plenty of what we needed to fuel for each day. Staff were always attentive and we would recommend staying here to anyone who is in the area.

A lovely hotel in a great location. We booked one of the suites which was excellent. The hotel also offers parking and a superb breakfast. Also a big shout out to Sally who meets you each morning with an infectious smile and warm welcome. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would definitely return.

La prima volta abbiamo scelto l'hotel per la posizione, abbastanza facile da raggiungere in auto e vicinissimo alla ztl del centro storico. Abbiamo subito apprezzato la disponibilità del garage coperto. Poi la gentilezza e affabilità dello staff e la funzionalità delle camere. Camere silenziose e buona colazione. Ci siamo trovati così bene che siamo tornati!

Fijn hotel! Perfecte ligging, erg dicht bij het centrum. Ontbijt was goed en de kamer was netjes en schoon! Parkeren kan bij het hotel. Voor een bepaald bedrag mag de hond ook mee!
